Grilled turkey berder with gruyère and sautéed mushrooms. The mushrooms had crumbled cheddar and a dash of Worcestershire added to “glue” the shrooms in place beneath the burger patty. Hand cut oven made crisps. Coleslaw with jalapeño and (cilantro really, coriander is the dried seed of the plant) coriander :slightly_smiling_face:

I get slagged off for it (mostly by @coco :roll_eyes:) but I don’t like the poor quality deep fried bangers you get in cafes.
Other folk who like liquidised pig cocks, snouts, lips, ears etc will be along soon to tell me how rong I am…:+1:

Fair point; we were lucky in Exeter that there were a number of places that did excellent sausages and so you just get used to it.

I’ll still eat snout mush from time to time mins.
