I’ve eaten Gastropods all over the world and I’ve only eaten them once where they weren’t as chewy as an old boot.
They were steamed in lemongrass and ginger then served on a beach in Penang.

Knocked up for tomorrow’s lunch but couldn’t resist a cheeky little end slice.
A tweeked Paul Hollywood recipe, mainly ham hock mixed with Italian sausage meat n Mediterranean erbs, hot water lard crust pastry.
