Just minced beef, onion and potato patties but the recipe calls them Orkney patties.

They are battered and deep fried, then drained and in the oven for 20 mins.

Shoulder of lamb, 4 hrs in the BBQ and wrapped in foil/towel for 2 hrs. Garlic, salt & pepper and fuck all else.

Hot n sweet n smoked paprika, Za’atar, Ras El Hanout, roast garlic, preserved lemon, pomegranate molasses, Rioja Reserva, roast chicken, spicy Lebanese potatoes, dressed leaves.
Chilled Belgian beer.
