Stern Fries - Onion sautéed with ‘merican yellow mustard then mixed with cheese and their house Special Sauce. I added a side order of their G14 Sauce (similar to BigMac sauce) after pic

Always used to make crackling from the rind. Can’t remember the last time I have :no_entry:

Tex-Mex fry up . . .

Refried beans (canned, Mexico :mexico:) with cheddar and jack cheese, mushrooms stewed with chipotle in adobo (Mexican :mexico:) smoked paprika coriander and veg broth, scrambled eggs, fresh made salsa, homefries with onion jalapeño and smoked paprika, guacamole (storebought) and yogurt. Storebought flour tortillas.

Mushrooms can/should be substituted with stewed shredded pork (carnitas) or a flash fried marinated skirt steak

Chicken, onion and mushrooms cooked in the oven with black bean sauce plus long grain rice.
I’d usually have a pepper and chilli in there but I am really suffering with acid reflux lately (a known side effect of the chemo I’m having😩).
