Was going to do some skin on fries in the air fryer but couldn’t be arsed so just had a bowl of nacho cheese tortilla chips on the side.

I was thinking roast garlic mash with cream and about a 1/4 lb of butter added.
Sans gravy since, as Jim mentioned, there’s mustard

Yeah, I wasn’t sure about the colour - a bit too brown for Dijon, but thought it might be your camera/my screen. :man_shrugging:

Anyways…lamb chops, baked spud, mixed veggies with lashings of gravy.
