BRCT sammidges (bacon, rocket, cress 'n tomato)
Smoked bacon medallions on a bed of rocket & vertically grown cress, topped with sliced baby plum tomatoes. Served on buttered seeded wholemeal rolls with brown sauce 'n English mustard.
