Six oz Aberdeen Angus burger in a bun done on me Le Crueset cast iron griddle.

Toasted wholemeal bun, grilled cheese, chilli ketchup, bed of finely sliced raw onion & rocket, sliced pickled gherkins & a sprinkling of sliced jalepenos, with mustard on top half.

According to my costings calcs, cost is around £5-13p fer two of these, versus £5-49 for a single McDonalds quarterpounder with cheese deluxe, which is 50% smaller.

All win for minimal effort & around a gazzilion% better quality & execution & ingredients!!

Strawbs 'n extra thick double cream fer afters.
