Yes, soured cream. If you can get your hands on Mexican cotija cheese to crumble on go for it, Greek feta is close enough if you cant

Indeed Kelley, adding some feta or similar is a good idea. For @unclepuncle a bit of bean salad would have zhuzhed up the salad element nicely & added a good deal more flavour & extra colour.

I’ll be doing some tortilla wraps meself tommozzer with pulled pork & soured cream n’ chilli sauce plus a small riot of salad elements.

Recommendations of veg to @unclepuncle ???
