Indeed Kelley, adding some feta or similar is a good idea. For @unclepuncle a bit of bean salad would have zhuzhed up the salad element nicely & added a good deal more flavour & extra colour.
I’ll be doing some tortilla wraps meself tommozzer with pulled pork & soured cream n’ chilli sauce plus a small riot of salad elements.
Recommendations of veg to @unclepuncle ???
