Shedded red cabbage, tender heart cabbage, romaine lettuce & quarter sliced 'n separated red onion.
Endamame beans & sweetcorn tossed in balsamic dressing.
Smokey bbq pulled pork, creamy 'n crumbly Cheshire cheese, whole pickled cayenne peppers.
Soured cream & a touch of Sriracha naga sauce.
A side dish of quinoa & bulgar wheat salad with fresh lemon juice & balsamic dressing.

Punjabi Chilli Fish sounds lush
White fish pieces, green peppers and chillies in a slightly sweet tomato sauce. It was lush.
Pan fried Sea Bass fillets, lemon, garlic & tarragon butter drizzle, jersey royals & a rocket & baby leaf salad with pine nuts.

Early dinner, with obligatory bottle of red and large bag of tangy cheese Doritos, so I can have a nice afternoon nap and get up in time to walk and feed dog then watch England game at 5pm.

Yeah right, that’s a full English with the fried bread swapped for a couple of slices of baguette and a sprinkle of chives…
