BBQ pulled pork sammidges on buttered wholemeal rolls. Bed of finely sliced red onions 'n rocket drizzled with balsamic dressing, hearty covering of the leftover pulled pork, sliced baby plum toms & a good lathering of soured cream.
Couple more bread rolls need using tonight, so may find room fer coupla bacon & fried egg sarnies later on.

Bacon 'n fried egg sammidges on toasted & buttered wholemeal buns. A touch of ketchup on the bun base & salt 'n white pepper ter season the eggs.
