Crumbled in nachos or cracker type biscuits + a dollop of soured cream works really well with a bowl of chilli Stu.

I’ve tried the former when eating this at work as part of my packed lunch; definitely gonna give the cream idea a go too!

I rotate my lunches so the next batch shall be bacon and pasta with mushrooms and pesto. After that, Lamb Curry!

I save £60 a week by not eating at a cafe full of irritating cunts!:rofl::rofl:

If you have good access to Halal butchers. Mutton neck can be a very rewarding & flavoursome cheaper cut & alternative to lamb. Does require a long slow cook I usually allow a little over 4hrs at gas mark 3 to 4 after first browning, so its best to add owt like mixed peppers towards the latter stages of t’ cooking process in a curry, ter preserve a nice bit of al dente bite.

My local Asda has a fairly decent Halal butchery & on the bone mutton neck pieces/chops currently come in at £7-95 per kilo. Cooked right it is very tender & falls off the bone easily. Its super in a stew with suet dumplings & cooked in dark ale & stock too!

I hated fish as a child.

These days if I’m going somewhere I tend to Google “seafood restaurant” before “restaurant”.

What a wicked idea.

Warm roast beef (1.5kg joint) with bread.
Only a cheap Lidl joint so cooked it well - still very tender and tasty.
