Southern fried chicken mini fillets.

Side salad of Quinoa & Bulgar wheat with chopped spring onions, caramelised mixed peppers, chopped spinach, edamame beans 'n sweetcorn + a hearty portion of chopped sun dried tomatoes. Dressing of Balsamic vinegar honey, freshly squeezed lemon & olive oil. Chopped herbs seasoned with cracked black pepper & salt.

Coleslaw.

Dip of sweet & hot Thai naga chilli sauce & naga sriracha.

Some of the Asian stuff is tremendous and the scale up functionality is ace , she usually does a video to accompany which if you’re not sure clears it up …probably my most used online recipe book
