I batch-built a fucktonne of (Final Series) Lamb Curry yesterday. That’ll do ten days of lunch\supper.

Freshly made falafel experiment. Hand ground chick peas with masher, plenty o’ fresh lemon zest, finely chopped spring onions & sun dried tomatoes, Italian chopped herb mix, salt 'n cracked black pepper, cumin, English mustard, plain flour & a smidge of curry powder.
Having three reet now as light scoffage, as I have some sausage rolls coming ooot o’ t’oven shortly.
Will have the remaining falafels tomozzer in pitta bread & salad parcels with hummus, yoghurt, pickled chillies & sriracha. With a side salad of quinoa & bulgur wheat.
