Double lunch at river cottage cookery school descaled gutted and filleted a sea bream and then a brill
Cooked the sea bream with chanterelles on a seafood stock porridge and topped salsa
And then the brill, I made a kimchi butter with a miso and black garlic broth and then went to the gardens for cucumber, beans and various flowers and seeds . Both really tasty and a great day learning
First time filleting so improvement to come
