I’m pleased to report the air frier does an excellent job grilling the chicken, cutting down massively on the electricity I normally use!

Dry cured honey roast ham sammidges. On seeded buttered rolls with baby plum tomatoes, salad cress & Dijon mustard.

Batch build of Rationalised Beef Stew. Should get about six days out of this little lot. 1.5Kg of Steak in here…
