Slow cooked leg of salt marsh lamb today. Lump of butter, garlic and rosemary, wrapped in foil and 5 hours at 140… it’s going to be a long wait once it starts to fill the room with that lovely aroma…

Lunch, Japanese spring rolls filled with cooked Italian sweet sausage, prawns and julienne veg, wasabi on the side and a sweet chilli dipping sauce, washed down with ice cold Hoegaarden.
