Poor peas were ready a little early and had to sit and shrivel
Ribeye fajitas last night. Marinaded the steak all afternoon in garlic, tequila, fish sauce, cumin, Mexican oregano, pepper, ancho chilli powder and smoked salt. Scraped off most of the marinade and cooked rare. Steak was lovely just on it’s own- lots of flavour from the marinade. Also did peppers and onions, guacamole and salsa.
I might have a go at this, what cheese did you use and did you follow a particular recipe?

It’s an endlessly adaptable snack alla pizza…I added hot and sweet paprika and a couple of splashes of sriracha to the above recipe…I used Cornish Cruncher strength 7 and Gruyere
The mix should last a week in the fridge
