Not dinner but goes with dinner, quince jelly on the go. I’ve harvested 4 buckets from our tree but can only fit half a bucket in my largest pan at a time.
Eased, chopped and now simmering, amazing smell in the kitchen.

Couple of generously topped bacon sammidges.
Bacon wuz a whoops bargain, unsmoked back bacon fer a change, normally I get smoked & often fancy cured, but this wuz only 60p fer 6 thick cut rashers 
(300g) served on buttered wholemeal rolls with course grain mustard. Bacon grilled.
