I didn’t rise anytime early due to Hangover reasons so a late brunch for me today.

BBQ’d locally farmed pork chops with stir-fried noodles. BBQ’d flat bread too.

No pictures, my iPad is fecked.

I just learned of cooking fried eggs by breaking eggs into fat on a low heat then covering with a lid for a couple of minutes…I always flipped mine. Very nice.

Sausages, bacon and fried eggs for lunch went down very easily after a windy cycle.

I favour the low and slow cover method as per above, a few drops of white balsamic to taste.

A splash of water also helps. Coddled eggs are a thing doncha know :+1:

Dad’s day happinesses is a gluten free Toblerone cheese cake.

Pan griddled salmon ( 2 hr brine) on w/wine n white balsamic braised fennel n peppers, black garlic mayo let down with Creme fresh n Lemon juice, erbs.
