Burger in a bun combo, pretty much all me fave ingredients.

Six oz Aberdeen Angus burger done on my Le Crueset cast Iron griddle. Toasted bun, chilli ketchup, bed of raw finely sliced onion, sliced pickled gherkins & rocket (by far me fave green salad leaf) sprinkling of pickled jalepenos & a hearty amount of grilled blue stilton fer t’ topping.

Bloomin’ lush!!!
