We know that amplification was Quad, but the rest of it, who knows. Home made? Unlikely - Lyndsay was very good at spending money on the best of everything (this is a man who used to get his car flown over to France for the family holiday in the 60s)

Clapton actually recommended Peter Green (who was a better player than both of them btw) but he didn’t want to join and it was Green who recommended Jeff Beck.
I’ve got his live at Ronnie Scotts album, it’s just brilliant.
This always makes me smile . . .
His zenith was the early Fleetwood Mac era. Their first two albums are spectacularly good and The Pious Bird of Good Omen is one of the best compilation albums I’ve heard.
