Trying to work out if she’s avoiding the camera or looking at something else, there does appear to be 2x other women looking at her, one with sympathy and the other I’m not sure about.
There’s definitely something captivating about her, probably a bit of 90’s heroin chic going on.

Bugs me a bit that all the times I visited Las Vegas (quite a few) I never went to ‘Downtown’ which was the old part. I think it was pretty down at heel in the 90’s and early noughties and it’s gone uber touristy since then.
