The image at the top sceeams ‘art’ to me. 
It’s close, but I think the pointing finger, rainbow and blonde lady at the back tops it for the Swansea. one.

Hmmm.
I prefer the contrast between the relaxed chap and the tension between the woman and the bloke getting arrested.
There is way too much going on in the lower picture, although the woman pointing to the camera and the rainbow do add a certain something.
And the bloke at the back of the Swansea pic, has he knicked the coppers helmet or is he just holding it for him?
