Given that it’s wider than his face and offset relative to his collar that tie looks like the sort of kwality 'shopping job we might expect from Kensington Palace. I’m not convinced by the weskit either.

I may just have not imbibed enough caffeine but I’m not following - are you saying that having an autistic child would get the same treatment now as having an illegitimate child 80 odd years ago?
