OK but perhaps a little agressive - I’ve had x3 different ones (flux / Ortofon / Audio Technica) , the bristles tend to be stiff, the vibration pretty intense which I always wondered might not be the best thing for older carts with bonded Styli (More a musing then a fact) That said none of them cleaned the styli better than

Thanks. I do wonder if ultrasonic cleaners might not be the kindest way of degunking a stylus. I have used Onzow and Dustbuster cleaners with mixed results.
The DS is very different to those (Much tougher / different stuff) - There was a thread on here a few years back where we tested all the Gel ones and noted some leave a residue (Particularly Onzow) - wonderfully unscientific and 100% right.

After much search engine and cookie faff, I have a DS arriving in a couple of days.

If you wet clean your LP you won’t need one.
