I wuz at his gig at Band On The Wall last night with my neighbour Charlie who is a longtime mate of Nat.
Some great virtuoso playing from all the band, great trading & sympatico between the two full drum kits & some particularly fine work on the double bass from the very talented young Mr Michael Bardon, great dexterity on the plucked stuff & some quite conjurous magic on the bowed stuff.
Nat was totes superb throughout. Switching from soprano to tenor sax for the latter two thirds of the gig.
