He still is the Prime Minister, Parlaiment may have been dissolved but if there were a national emergency right now he would still be PM and habve authority to act.
Sadly I know that but during an election debate he is just another candidate. There is no reason to introduce him as The Prime Minister. The biggest threat to nation is that he may remain as PM.

Angela Rayner on Marr this morning failing to grasp the basic contradiction between the assertion that only those earning £80k or more will pay more tax under a Labour government, with Labours policy of doing away with married persons tax allowance regardless of income.
Marr would have been more justified just asking her whether she was a liar or just fucking stupid.

It could be replaced with a more generous PA or a change in NI bands which would mean that those on low incomes would not lose out.

TBF the marriage allowance is a joke.
One person earning £80k is rich and should lose all child benefits and pay higher taxes whereas a couple made up of say experienced teachers earning £50k each are salt of the earth hard working families.
