I have been subscribing to Malwarebites for ages and had it on auto renew.
They have just put their prices up by 70% so then can go fuck themelves.
Should I consider a diiferent aftermarket AV (Dell laptop running W11) or should I just leave Defender on as a firewall and not worry about it?.

I’ve never had a problem with using WD exclusively.
Do you bank with Natwest by any chance? They’re offering a free year of Malwarebytes just now.
Otherwise, Comodo do a free anti-virus that is very decent.
Just use Defender and don’t click on stupid links
