Had to go out for what’s known in Canada as a “dirty burger”. Charcoal grilled Greek diner style.
Apache Buger, super old skool joint I’ve mentioned before. This is the namesake Apache Burger, double patty with cheese and bacon . . .

Agreed, the food item could be anything. The foil however is a missed opportunity.

And they invented ice filtered beer back in the 90s. I still don’t know why or what that is.

I’ve got the Heston In Search of Perfection recipe here. Make your own rolls (requires a poolish for extra faff), grind your own beef (three different cuts at differing grind sizes), make your own ketchup, make your own cheese slices (this is a vital part imho). I forget what else is required.
