Just finished off a box of Hotel Chocolat selections. It was a gift from one of my staff who I helped to get a promotion. Yes, I shared them with Narelle.
They were better than I was expecting. No Le Chat Bleu but not bad.

I am a massive fan of Hotel Chocolat.
I’m not a lover of booze-based chocolates as a rule, but theirs are actually superb.

I’d never had any as I don’t eat a huge amount of chocolate. It is a well tempered chocolate with a velvety mouth feel, but it wasn’t as intense as I would have liked.
Very nice though and I would definitely try some more.

Me too. I love a lot of their stuff. I think it is a very well run business. A friend visited one of their plantations whilst on holiday in Barbados or Bermuda. I would like to do that if I was near one.
