Bookshelf speakers for MF A1

I’m running a Musical Fidelity A1 in my bar with an old pair of.Quad bookshelf speakers I had kicking around. Anyone fancy suggesting some used bookshelves that would be a nice match?

Re… to… the … wind, you have a bar?

Maybe you should start by telling us a bit more about yourself first.

What music do you like and what clientele will you be aiming for?

There is no point in messing about with inferior speakers. Life’s too short. What you really need are these.

I have some cosmetically challenged Snell bookshelf speakers can’t remember which. Can take a pictures Monday and find out what model etc.

That’s more like it. Thanks Dom, you were always one of the good ones.
‘Rustic appearance’ will suit the bar area better anyway.

Ha he does ones for a million now I thought…
Snell appeals more, nothing too fancy.

Unfortunately Dom’s Snell’s were done for so still looking if anyone gives two shits…

I have a minty set of late 1980s KEF bookshelf speakers that are not available at present for you. They are really very nice for their age and would come with all packaging and the widget for adjusting the sound depending on where you place them, if they were for sale.
