I tend to avoid the larger players. I find better wine from the smaller shops who mostly do mail order.
Mumbles Fine wines are excellent - they used to own their own vineyard which they have recently sold - they still stock the rousseau de sipian from there which is very good value. They have some good covid offers on.
There is also an excellent wine shop in Dollgellau. Don’t know if they do mail order though.
