That one is probably OK. The tracks are early versions of material that later appeared on Unknown Pleasures and are widely availabel. The recording was funded by Richard Serling who sold the tapes back to the band but allegedly kept a copy and released the bootlegs. Personally, I think the first pressing of this came from Rob Gretton & Co as they paid £2K for the tapes. The sound can vary wildly depending on the pressing. I have an earlier version.
I was more commenting on this:
and this
Which are audience recordings done by Duncan Haysome on a Toshiba ghetto blaster (ULU) and his mate (High Wycombe) on a stereo tape deck. These were resleased on CD with the de-lux versions of Closer and Still and are just CD rips that some cunt has had pressed up.
I have it, it’s ok, actually quite a nice pressing, but the recording has obviously been digitally cleaned up a lot.
It’s on DOL which is a label which uses EU copyright loopholes to release stuff, iirc, if material has been broadcast or it’s over a certain age it’s pretty much fair game. So although it might be a bootleg of a bootleg of a bootleg, it’s still legal.
