We used to play a similar one in germany called Schock
The loser had to buy everyone in the game a shot of the nastiest thing behind the bar, remember one local drink we called “Bulls blood” and was throat and gut burning evil.

A bar I used in California, played a similiar game. Loser had to drink the mat, overspill.
All mixed drinks were free poured, and the glasses were on a spill mat.
Rolled the dice everytime, and it was always nasty.

I strongly suspect that the proliferation of Belgian White Reggae is more likely a consequence of the availability of industrial strength ganja from their neighbours next door in the Netherlands.

In light of these poisonous sounding ‘games’ perhaps it’s little wonder Chips & Mayo taste like blessed relief. Perhaps making a pate by cramming them in your ears would also form an effective damper from the onslaught of white reggae.?

Cheese goes with almost any condiment, mustard is certainly up there with the best of them. Not tried it with celery salt right enough but I’ll give it a go.

This is a very specific rubbery processed cheese served in this way as a bar snack in Belgian bars.
It is an undisputably God-tier snack and goes very well with the sweet strong beers that @thebiglebowski doesn’t like

When I bang some mayonnaise into a pot to dip my chips in, I often wallop some Tracklements English in with it and stir: killer combo
Horn spoons are a nice touch, but I use a ceramic coffee spoon, as those don’t discolour and can go in the dishwasher. Does lack the whole ‘horn’ related hilarity angle mind…
