The irony’s not lost on me that I use a dirt-cheap Casio “atomic clock” watch as a reference to set all my more expensive / less accurate watches by. It’s also solar powered, and has withstood getting-on for 10 years relentless abuse… Prolly should have stopped there really.

thought i had some money incoming at the end of last month that was earmarked for the watch fund. Turns out it came in a month early and got spent by mistake.
Fucking idiot that I am. Still it’s probably stopped me making a knee jerk decision and being left with bitterness and regret.
