Classic crisply faceted Seiko casework…
That’s two to choose from now, can be had for less than £900.
More good value true GMTs to come I hope
I’ve been waiting for the Seiko movement to be used in something other than the landmaster for a while now. What I’d really like to see is an ‘NH’ style variant made available to microbrands.
Tell me that brown isn’t the only colour available, nice watch though. Have a thing for squares and circles.
No, there are several variants with slightly different references. I like this one in particular though.
Liking the Gay Frères bracelet on the A384 too
For the big boned on here I see there’s a large glycine on the other forum for sale.
Thank fek for that!
Ooh ooh that’s sexual.
IWC “tribute to 3705”.
The 3705 was the first watch I wanted. Went to the shop and they didn’t have one so I bought a Doppel instead.
Anyway, £11,100. Get in the bin.
Yeah, nice watch but I’d rather have an £11k holiday than that at £11k
Unfortunately they only made around 20 sets. Have seen one watch for sale in the last two years
Sold late yesterday
Before I won a lottery I never entered
I’m so conflicted by this. It is a boring design. Maurice LaCroix shopping centre design… But it’s the original of the genre and absolutely beautifully made… Daniels is the boss of build. No question.
Just wish he made original and interesting watches along with the dross
Sadly he was too invested in breguet having been the official restorer at one point. His book on breguet is the definitive book. So all his dials have ended up being breguet through and through.
I love them myself, but yes his expressions of originality and pushing the boundaries are purely in the movements only. A watchmakers watchmaker
You’re a Silly Man.
