Fuck off casio
Breitling want their… actually, no they don’t , you keep that Zenith, they’re all good.
Back to this as a daily wearer for a while.
Probably the cheapest watch I have but means a lot to me
Malvern C5 Aviator MkII with ETA 2428-2 movement as used in a lot of watches.
Bought this brand new in 2010 for £225.00
Not sure why you don’t wear the Rolex? That’s what they are for!
Have had a Rolex SD16600 on the wrist for the last 2 weeks.
Rolex Explorer the two weeks before that
Speedmaster the two weeks before that
This week the Christopher Ward
Plus I don’t want to be posting ‘look at me pics’ of Rolex all the time, there are other places for blatant exhibitionism
No point confirming he’s a cunt. It’s better that people only suspect it.
(belatedly)
Like that one
Its OK(EAH)
Sold my Transocean Day/Date recently due to ‘resistance is futile’ reasons for this Superocean Heritage B20. 44mm is definitely my limit size wise.
Couple of commie corkers you’ve posted recently
By some margin one of Brightbling’s nicest watches
I think I paid £30 for the brand new Greg Stevens strap being the only bidder in an overlooked auction. The guy wasn’t happy.
Is Greg Stevens still a thing?
He is still hand making straps and belts to order from what I can see.
New strap is >£100, second hand from £50 ish I think
News to me, not that that means anything. Nice strap in a lovely shade of tan.
There’s a fair few people making straps to order that look much like that. Bought a green one from Spain for about £15.
Single-layer, unstructured straps with unfinished edges like that are easy to make if you invest in the right hand-tools. The stuff I really respect are the multi-layered things like Di Modell’s “Chronissimo” and Rios’ “Apulia” - takes some real skill to put those together:
Obviously won’t suit every watch, and certainly not that Panerai.
Truly feel the want so badly for this absolute beauty. Need it.
Not sure why the minute hand point is past the minute track but I’d allow that to piss me off.
