A dress watch is the only place where roman numerals are acceptable
I like a lot of Cartier watches, but pad-printed dials on dress watches at this price point are just not remotely good enough. Lets them down.

I have a sterile (no-logo) Steeldive which is a copy of Seiko’s original 6105 “Willard”, which I wanted to make-up an ‘Apocalypse Now’ lookalike set. It’s a damn nice watch for peanuts, far better quality than an original 6105, and not too far off of Seiko’s modern tributes. At the price you can’t really go wrong - just avoid the lying crooks on Ali Express and deal with the UK importer.
