Clone a streamer’s hard drive

This one’s a little more complicated than straight copying…
Removing my 2tb hard drive from the Aurender N100H. It’s half full.
Replacing it with a new 4TB SSD drive because better.

I am assuming I need to plug the removed hdd into a pc and transfer files over the wifi? I don’t use a pc which isn’t ideal!
Is there an easy way I am missing?

Can I turn the removed hdd into a plug in usb device with the addition of a carrier type thing (I’m clueless if it’s not an iPad ).

depends how Aurender format the drive but I’d just copy the music to a USB HDD replace the internal HDD with an SSD, format and copy the music back.
