The minimalistic simplicity of that movement is wonderful.
And the watches look modern without looking like a fashion piece.

The Native I ordered 2 days ago arrived today, (
) and to say I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of design and build for this money is a massive understatement.
So much so that I’ve just ordered a version of your bundle (It’s gonna be unwearable for me…Way too big for my wrist!) just because I want one! ![]()
Nice one.
Unrelated (tho’ perhaps not…), Frasers (formerly HoF) has some damn good offers amidst the dross: https://www.houseoffraser.co.uk/accessories/mens-watches#dcp=1&dppp=59&OrderBy=rank
Oops !
At least I didn’t lose the bezel, and it is not damaged, ![]()
Just need it putting back on. : ![]()
Oh god - now I want a bezel-less Speedie!
Why have Omega not done this?!
Houston we have a problem…
Because it looks shit …

Tachymeters are the most useless thing you can nail to a watch - even a sodding moon phase is more useful! Begone with yer drivel!
They sort of did…
That’s actually bloody nice!
The price, not so much…
Yeah, a bit spendy, but I really like it, especially as I can’t actually read my tachymeter without my glasses. Hmm…
Don’t know the model, but I’d suspect that price is seriously ambitious for a DeVille model, even one as nice as that is.
Summat like 95% of owners have no idea what the tachymeter’s even for, never mind how to use it…
Reading between the lines of the ad, I strongly suspect they’re open to more sensible offers off platform.
Prefer the Seamaster with the 321.

DeVille are generally optimistically priced and not that well loved.
Like certain other brands they stick well known and respected movements in different cases and nobody wants them.
Not for the last 30 years anway.
Speedmasters are classics for a reason. The others not so much.
