The watch is nice, the strap, hmmm.
Personally, I very much preferred the original C1 Moonglow -
As for the strap, though I think it suits it, there’s a bracelet plus other leather straps designed for the original Moonglow that’ll all fit this.

No, I wanted buy an Explorer, I had no thoughts about a Sub at the time.
I certainly didn’t buy the Explorer to get on a Sub list

A new movement was developed for the watch, I suppose that R&D and tooling has to be paid for somehow! But agreed it does seem very expensive, considering what you could buy for that sort of money.
