I will probably buy one more watch this year, just not a £17.5k watch :scream:

Purty :green_heart:

It’s a very, very nice watch though…

Had a look at some current Moser watches in Harrods recently.
They were far more shiny than I expected!
Far too dressy for me, although that looks a bit older?

Tried a Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda Lune on last week. Can’t stop thinking about it now. Not a brand I had ever taken much notice of before.

That is rather nice, though

Even nicer when you turn it over

Oh. My. Word. :heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

I loved the GMT.
When you are not using the complication the GMT hand sits behind the hour hand and it looks like a standard 3 hand watch

Very nice Nick. Their output in the last few years has been exceptional :ok_hand:

I hate to break it to you fellas but both Moser and Parmigiani are ‘on my list’ so should probably be discounted as having something deeply rong with them. The likelihood of me ever owning one is vanishingly small so you’re probably ok.

I love hidden GMT hand movements, finally got my mitts on one with a Panerai PAM321 although I still think UNs digital jumping hour 2nd time zone is a nicer implementation.

Because there just aren’t enough Speedmaster variants!

A very long time ago I had something to do with RGM. Mildly boggled that he / they still exist.

edit: I’ve now remembered that I even owned a one-off RGM at one point. Frankly, fuck knows what happened to it. Substance abuse is bad m’kay?

I remember going to Jura showroom in Mayfair years ago.
I think they ended up in the same group.

Chatting with him last night, he “lost it in hurricane Andrew in 1992”. He was a seaman in the Bahamas so I suspect there’s quite a backstory.
