The water thing is basically a victim of its own success. The improvement in flavour is a huge win, the only downside is that the ready is the family now use the nice water for their drinks. Iām getting through a litre a day.
Iāve just ordered some 5 litre containers so I can do bulk. Once the concentrate is set up itās dead easy to dose it up.

Iāve had that kind of thing. My tap water is wild, and beyond such redemption.
I went to Omotesando Koffee on Monday and had a Colombian bean brew (they had about 5-6 on their menu with little description, so I asked the barista to recommend one). It was very floral (was a bit surprised as Iāve normally had that from Ethiopians) but also quite acidic. I canāt believe Iām using this term, but it had a weird mouth feel - maybe the acidity, Iām not sure. Canāt say I loved it though - and at Ā£12 pretty pricey!
Understatement of the year there, Ā£12 still gets you a terraced house in stoke

Flat burr hand grinder I was unaware of until I saw some reviews, it seems to get some amazing rave reviews for pour over. Just wondered if anyone has some real world experience.
