This is nothing more than pretentious food snobbery. You know life isn’t binary, it is possible to enjoy many differing things.
I like the slightly drier/chewier ends of saucisson and these are just a packet full of them. It’s the burnt ends of saucisson, little bundles of chewy bliss

I bought some sultanas today and all the dried fruit was in Xmas packaging
