Ooh!

Here’s to the “watch from start” option

Needed that.

Who needs Bumrah?

Nobody, when the batsmen play shots like that!

Christ that must have been a millimetre from not being umpire’s call. He’s a proper tightarse this lad.

Going well!

Can’t compute that he’s a keeper. Size of the unit!

I was thinking this earlier. His keeping is easily good enough, you don’t notice it. His batting though. He just crunches it and sees it like a planet early. He hasn’t been found wanting in any scenario yet.

Also a big fan of that picture Sky have got of him being about 10 years old.

Not seen that. TMS today

Amazing that England can dig themselves such massive holes, and then extricate themselves so well. This looked like it might be an embarrassing innings plus hundreds defeat, now it’s a game.

In all my time of watching England cricket, it’s never been so unpredictable. Fun!

It’s an amazing era. They just keep coming. Whatever hapoens now, England are asking a question of India’s 2nd innings. They’d better be clear on what they are going to do

Interesting to see if the new ball produces a wicket or two, or if the batsmen larrup it to all corners.

Hahaha! Love Atherton’s description of Harry Brook’s bowling - right arm optimistic

Ridiculous umpiring, he’d clearly run out of time before he asked for the review.

Just as well he was given out but that’s not the point!

Just gone back to the cricket after F1 qualifying.
India 512 ahead. Gill has his 100
Why are they still batting?
Don’t they want to win?

It’s all about timing now and nothing to do with the numbers.

They will want to have a 15-20 over burst with a new ball this evening but won’t want it to be a 40 overs old lump of putty when they take the field with fresh bowlers, tomorrow.

That also gives them somewhere in the region of 25+ overs (if needed) with the second new ball.

Flailing outside off stump is always a good idea when you want to get through 20 overs without losing a wicket.
Does no one leave the ball anymore?
