Anyway
We had ours sanded and sealed, and some of the edges repaired where some maniac had banged carpet grippers into it. It came up very nicely but it doesn’t last forever.
Haha, Google photos tells me it was the 10th October 2014, so I guess 10 years isn’t too bad.
It was a water-based varnish so you have to get any spills off it quickly. The above damage happened while we were away
