Design / Wayne's World

I’ve seen one of these in the flesh at the Moses Znaimer Museum of Television in Toronto. Looks very nice.

Sorry Wayne, you need these tiles

Looks good, but please explain the outside brick wall being on the piss in the third photo.

The kitchen doors look great, was that just a paint job on top on top of the old colour or did you have to do a lot of prep first?

We must have looked at every green tile under the sun and saw those but they were just a touch light for what we were looking for.

The ones Hel wanted were Devol green tiles which worked out at £675 per sq m :open_mouth:

Yep, about 6 coats of Zinnser paint and some replacement handles.

Interesting

How so?

Cos I wouldn’t mind doing ours. Did you DIY?

Nah I left it to them. They removed all the doors, painted them both sides with a mini roller, painted the cupboard frame faces etc and two shiny end panels - they also painted a treat despite my misgivings.

I have a friend who has set up a business spray painting kitchen cabinets. Gets really good results.
