Yes, Floor Press. Reduced range of motion compared with Bench Press as you can’t lower as far. Still good.

Another question, rowing machines, a worthwhile addition?
Im looking for something Kay would use too.

Yes, great for cardio fitness which is low impact but strenuous enough to give a good workout to muscles in your legs, back, shoulders, biceps.

Got a jump rope, loving it! From nice slow skipping for long periods or hiit intense work outs it’s brilliant. Suits me so much better than running and it doesn’t half burn the calories.

I’ve been using one too. Agree about the calorie burn!

How are your calves? Really felt it the first few days, feels good to be working them hard.

Today I have mostly been shovelling rubble. It’s the most exercise j have had in a while and I am expecting tomorrow to hurt

Just did an Eddie Hall youtube home leg workout.
Christ, I can barely walk now.
1 minute on 1 minute off with a beep timer, carried a big tin of paint for extra pain.
Proper jelly legs :confused:
