Double jeopardy for Buddy. He picks up on my nervousness when I watch Celtic in a big game and mooches about looking worried. Tonight we have Celtic v Leipzig plus he is terrified of the fireworks. Brave boy.

He really is. I wish I could do more to help him. He’s too nervous to sit beside me and get petted. He keeps jumping up and pacing about.
I also tried to put him in the hall which has no windows so is quieter. I put on the radio with classical music but he wanted to be in the living room with me. It’s heart-breaking to see him like this.

We have used doggie tranquilizers before, and they did help.
