This good boy is Milo and despite appearances he’s not a springer, he’s a Kleine Münsterländer which is a pointer type thingy.
Milo’s human has broken her leg and her other half works long hours so on my days off, Milo is getting long walks and I’m getting a doggy fix.
Those appearances are “standing still” and “not in water that is also in the photo” so clearly not a springer.

He is. But he doesn’t like pork scratchings and I can’t quite process that.

I was out on a group walk a few days ago and 2 local dogs decided to join us for the 12km, 550m ascent circuit. By the second summit the snub nosed one was wheezing like a steam train, and one of the group took pity on it. The dog seemed happy to be carried for a km over cut brash! Then we got a heavy rain storm and the thick coated Alsation cross was jumping round in the puddles to cool off.
Could have been worse, it could have been fox shit
